Cynthia Ahrens graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 1982 and thereafter earned her paralegal certificate from the Institute for Paralegal Training.  She has worked as a legal assistant/paralegal throughout her professional career.

Susan Monroe has been a legal secretary for over 25 years.  She also serves as office administrator.
